项目位于北京二环边一栋老写字楼内，平面形状不规整，空间零碎。甲方请来的风水师对设计的材料提出了要求，需要在入口处使用金属材料，整个空间中需多用木材。除了应对风水师提出的要求，设计的难点还在于如何把零碎空间统筹起来。方案结合使用功能设置四个木盒子，对应私密性高的功能，盒子与盒子之间产生的负空间作为开放区域，这样原本零碎平面下的角落空间就被利用起来，消极空间向积极空间转换。盒子围合下的负空间形成规整的平面，相互嵌套，产生空间的流动性。

The project locates at an old office building next the second ring road of Beijing. The shape of the plan is irregularly and the space are fragmented. The Fengshui experts invited by the client requested the use of the material: metal at the entrance and more wood in the space. Apart from the requests made by the experts, the problem of the design is combining the fragmented space. The design sets four wooden boxes integrating different functions, reacting to the privacy of the functions. Left over spaces in between the boxes are used as open areas, utilizing the corner space in the fragmented plan. The negative space are transformed into positive space. Negative space enclosed by the boxes forms a regular plan, nested in one and another ensuring the mobility of the space.
